2 Vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident Reported to Emergency Personnel Wednesday Night
The accident was reported at about 7:15 Wednesday night. Deer Permit Numbers Dwindle as Season Approaches.
The Nebraska Firearm deer permits are disappearing rather quickly with the season a little over one week away. The season begins on November 15th. KVSH has been monitoring the remaining permit numbers through Nebraska Game and Parks. In the Sandhills Unit there are only 86 remaining permits out of 1,020 allotted. In the Keya Paha Unit, there are currently 710 permits remaining from the total of 2,000. Calamus West has 215 permits left from an allotment of 1190. That num

Only one arrest announced for the past week by Valentine Police Department On October 30th, at 3:40 AM, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Lodi Street. Lady Badgers Finish VB Season 23-10

Despite the season ending loss to Guardian Angles Central Catholic, the girls completed what may be the best volleyball season on record with 23 wins and only 10 losses. It was the roughest week so far in the KVSH Pigskin Prediction Contest. With losses by Auburn, Tennessee, Boise State and Nebraska, it took a card with only three wrong to win. $7,000 Donation to Sandhills Cancer Fund
Swede and Charlene Lolley with Greg Arendt from VLA The Weber Family of Valentine and Connealy angus of Mullen, purchased the set of three handmade toy construction pieces to benefit the Sandhills Cancer fund for $7000. Each year Swede Lolley makes the pieces and donates them to be auctioned off at Valentine Livestock Auction to benefit the foundation. Rhule Signs Contract with Huskers
