BSH Kiglore vs. Cherry County Postponed

The case in Cherry County District Court on Friday in the litigation filed by Bluestem Sandhills Kilgore against Cherry County, turned out to be a non-event.  Scheduled for an 11:30 start time, the case had to be postponed because of technical issues.  The “remote” hearing, linking all the parties did not come together as planned.

A new date has been set for January 16th at 10:30AM for another Zoom link hearing.
