Hay Convoy Rolls Through Valentine
24 Truckloads Moving Through Valentine 24 Truckloads of hay from Kingsbury County SD Cattlemen, were moving through Valentine Tuesday to aid those who lost hay and pasture in wildfires last month in Southwest Nebraska. Organizer Laurie Casper told KVSH News that the hay would be split in the Arthur, Lakeside and Oshkosh areas. Governor Pillen Rescinds Statewide Burn Ban
The governor lifted the ban on Thursday Thursday afternoon Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen rescinded the fire ban across the State of Nebraska but there was no mention of the campfire ban that has been in place since March 13. RST law enforcement is seeking information in finding missing Alisha Dawn Tramp Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services is asking for the public's help in finding 32-year-old Alisha Dawn Tramp. Authorities say she's approximately 5’3” tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and frequently changes her hair color but was last seen with blue highlights. Area Wildfires Over The Past Several Weeks Prompt Multiple Actions By Governor Pillen

The Valentine FFA Chapter is sending 47 students to State FFA in Lincoln today. They plan to leave about 2pm this afternoon with an escort. Valentine Robotics Team Finishes 18th out of 98
The Cherry County 4-H Robotics team went to the state competition over the weekend. Cherry County once again competed in the Nebraska State 4-H Robotics competition in Lincoln on March 20-21. Ryan Adams, Tyson Cochran, and Luke Osnes came home sitting in 18th place in the Robot Games out of 98 teams and received a Rising Star Award. Jayden Danielski and River Ruby also contributed to the team’s work this season and the team was coached by Andrew Utecht and Michelle Garwood.

Fire Crews Respond To Multiple Calls Sunday
Firemen remain busy Sunday It's been over a week since the initial call came in reporting a fire south of Kilgore in the Anderson Bridge area, and area firemen have been busy keeping it and other area fires under control.
