RST law enforcement is seeking information in finding missing Alisha Dawn Tramp

Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services is asking for the public's help in finding 32-year-old Alisha Dawn Tramp. Authorities say she's approximately 5’3” tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and frequently changes her hair color but was last seen with blue highlights.
