It’s Time Valentine fund raising efforts continued Saturday night with the reverse raffle held at the former Shopko Building in Valentine.  There were 260 tickets sold, so the jackpot was a total of $11,000.  Tickets were removed from the board in a countdown fashion until the top ten were left.
