Multiple Fire Departments Respond To Fire On McKelvie Saturday.
The fire was reported at about 2:40pm Saturday afternoon. UPDATE: Reports as of around 3:50 indicate that additional responding units, as well as aerial support, are turning around but units on scene stay as the fire appears under control. Large Grass Fire Burns 12-1700 Acres In Mullen Area

Brooklyn Coyle Fund Raisor Update
The benefit Spaghetti Feed and silent auction for Brooklyn Coyle was held on November 9th at Niobrara Valley Vineyards South of Nenzel. 25 Years Ago
It was 25 years ago today (Nov 11) when a herd of longhorn cattle were driven down Valentine’s Main Street moving them from Fort Niobrara refuge to Fort Robinson State Park. Cowboys on horseback led the cattle drive when 160 longhorns were moved to their new home near Crawford. Volunteers joined wranglers from the state Game and Parks Commission when the longhorns were moved in the 8 day cattle drive. One of those volunteers, Bob Stetter told KVSH news he remembers it was 17

Prediction Card Results
Another tough week in the KVSH Pigskin Prediction contest. Most everyone missed the Tulane upset of ranked Memphis and wins by Rutgers and California upset the apple cart as well. There were 16 people who missed 3 games on the card. Numerous people missed 4 or 5 games. There were 7 cards that only missed 2 games so Nebraska’s total yardage of 361 broke the tie.
