Only one arrest announced for the past week by Valentine Police Department

On October 30th, at 3:40 AM, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 100

block of Lodi Street. A 39 year old Nebraska woman was arrested for Third Degree

Domestic Assault and booked at the Cherry County Jail.

During the week of October 26th to November 1st, the police department responded to

38 calls for service, including:

-9 traffic stops

-3 disturbances

-2 welfare checks

-5 animal complaints

-2 reports of theft
