Valentine Firemen Respond To Report Of Fire In Crookston

The call went out in the early morning hours on Friday, September 18.

At about 2:20 Friday morning, the Valentine Volunteer Fire Department and Cherry County Hospital Ambulance Service were called to Elm Street in Crookston for the report of an oven fire. The oven was removed from the home. There was no other damage, and no injures were reported, according to Fire Chief Terry Engels.  Valentine firemen returned to the fire hall after just a short time on scene.
