A few upsets in college football this past weekend caused some minor troubles in the KVSH Pigskin Prediction contest.  Pittsburg beating Georgia Tech and Nebraska’s loss to Penn State were the two main culprits. Those who stayed faithful to The Big Red suffered one wrong right off the bat.  Still, there were two people who had perfect cards this week.

Justin Hammond and Pat Brinda both had perfect cards and Nebraska’s 318 total yard of offense had to determine the winner.  Pat guessed a close 310, only 8 yards off.  Justin had 311 and came one yard closer.  Justin will take first place in this week’s contest and Pat will take second place.  There were 19 people who missed only one game and 31 who missed only 2 games on the card.

This reminder that cards for this final week of the contest are now available and need to be turned in before 11AM this Friday.  The Huskers kick off at 11Am against Iowa. The KVSH studios will be closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving. Please plan accordingly to make sure your cards are on time.  The Bull Market Prediction Show will be heard on Wednesday because of the holiday.
