On Saturday, April 18th, investigators conducted tobacco and alcohol compliance checks at several businesses in Dawes and Sheridan Counties.
In total, seven businesses were checked for alcohol compliance, and six businesses were checked for tobacco compliance. None of the businesses sold alcohol to a minor for a compliance rate of 100%. One business sold tobacco to a minor for a compliance rate of 92%.
The businesses included convenience stores, grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, and bars.
