Cherry County Hospital Hosting Prenatal Class This Weekend

The class will be held from 9 to 4 January 10th.

The Cherry County Hospital reminds mothers-to-be that there will be another prenatal preparation class at the meeting room of the hospital in Valentine this Saturday January 10^th from 9 to 4.  This free class will cover the basics of what to expect when you’re expecting, coping strategies and birth plan options, breathing, relaxation, positioning, and other labor techniques as well as your partner’s role and stages of delivery and more.  In addition to prenatal preparation, there will also be a hospital tour and guest speakers including a physician, and a car seat specialist to help answer your questions.  Learn more or sign up by going to cherrycountyhospital.org or by calling 402-376-2525.
