Sandhills Task Force Announces Ranch Internship Program
The Sandhills Task Force is now accepting applications for the 2027 Sandhills
Ranch Internship and Apprenticeship opportunities!
This year marks the fifth season of our highly successful Sandhills Ranch
Internships, and we are excited to bring back the Apprenticeship Program for its
second season.
The Sandhills Task Force is proud to partner with several skilled ranchers in the
Nebraska Sandhills to offer an outstanding opportunity. We are seeking candidates
who are passionate about agriculture, have a strong interest in ranching, cattle
production, and land management, and are eager to learn. These ranch programs
provide a unique chance to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and
build meaningful relationships. We look forward to welcoming aspiring individuals
to various ranches across the Sandhills.
The ranch internship is a paid, three-month, summer-long position. The ranch
apprenticeship is a nine-month paid position running from March through November. All
positions include housing, partial board, and additional paid-for educational
opportunities.
The deadline to apply for 2027 Sandhills Ranch Programs is January 5, 2027.
