RN Theory Classes to be Offered in Valentine

Mid Plains Community College Campus in Valentine will be able to begin offering the Registered Nurse Theory classes this year at the local campus. In the past they only offered LPN classes.

In the past, students would have to attend classes in North Platte to pursue the RN degree. Local students may still have to attend clinicals in North Platte. There are some prerequisites for the RN class that can be taken this fall to be ready for the RN class.  Some of the prerequisites include a CNA class, CPR and some others.  For more information contact the local Mid Plains office at 402 376 8033 or go online at mpcc.edu.
