During the week of August 17th to August 23rd, the following arrests were made by the Valentine Police Department:
On August 18th, at 11:00 PM, a traffic stop led to the arrest of a 34 year old Nebraska woman for the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
On August 19th, at 11:30 PM, a 31 year old Hispanic man was arrested for Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Mischief after officers responded to a disturbance in a local hotel.
On August 21st, at 9:27 PM, a 52 year old Nebraska man was arrested for Driving with a Suspended License
On August 22nd, at 5:38 PM, a 59 year old Nebraska man was arrested for Driving with a Suspended License
During the week officers responded to 46 calls for service, including:
15 traffic stops
3 animal complaints
4 non-injury accidents
2 thefts
2 reports of found property
