There was to be a hearing Friday concerning the management of the Niobrara River, giving management duties to the state from the NPS. Due to a family matter involving Senator Storer, the hearing was cancelled. If the hearing is rescheduled, KVSH Radio will announce it.
26 year old Tamara Bingham and 32 year old Matthew Landreth of Alliance have been charged, and have had court dates set in connection to the killing of Ebram Sifuentes. Bingham, charged with First Degree Murder, Landreth with Accessory to a Class 1 Felony.
The Buffalo County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in finding Derek Hellman, age 16. Hellman is a 16year old male, 5'7" with red hair, blue eyes, weighing approximately 130 pounds. If you have any information on his whereabouts, contact the Buffalo County Sheriff's Office or local officials. He was last seen Wednesday in Gibbon.
Nebraska AG Mike Hilgers joined the fight against Ticketmaster and Live Nation Entertainment with the FTC, calling their practices "deceptive pricing that hurts both performers and fans", alleging that the company violated both state and federal laws.
