Keller Named VFW Teacher of Year

The Nebraska VFW Teacher of the Year program recognizes teachers who demonstrate  exceptional dedication, knowledge, and skills in their classrooms. The selected teacher is  expected to inspire students of all backgrounds and abilities to learn. The Nebraska Teacher of the Year also participates in various professional learning opportunities, speaks at state  conferences, and engages in localschool programs. The award is a testament to the  teacher's commitment to education and their ability to impact the lives of their students and  the community. 

Valentine Community Schools Teacher Karen Keller was named the Nebraska Teacher of the year and recognized this past weekend.
