City of Valentine Water Update

The City of Valentine's water may again be used normally.

Well 501 was taken out of service immediately after the City received the recent nitrate test results and has now been offline for more than seven days. Water currently being supplied comes from the City's other active drinking-water wells, all of which tested below the nitrate maximum contaminant level. There are no current nitrate-related concerns with the water being supplied, and residents may use the water normally.
