Cherry County GOP Chairman Craig Miles Encourages Delegates To Register For March 21st County Convention

The deadline to register for the March 21st convention is quickly approaching.

We had a good chat with Cherry County GOP Chair Craig Miles and Secretary Joy Miles on Thursday here on KVSH Radio.  The Miles’ wanted to remind our listeners that the Cherry County Republican Party convention will be held on Saturday, March 21^st with several speakers including candidates for the upcoming primary election in Cherry County.  Any registered Republican is welcome and encouraged to attend the event, however those who want voting privileges at the convention will need to be signed up as official delegates by the deadline of March 1^st.  Previously, delegates were able to register at the county courthouse.  However, due to changes by the Nebraska legislature, delegates must all sign up through ne.gop.com, and there is a $5 filing fee.  If you have any questions, or have problems getting signed up, you can contact chairman Miles at 402-322-0753.  Again, the filing deadline to register as a delegate to the March 21^st convention is March 1st. The convention will be on the 21st at 2pm at the Cherry County Fairgrounds.
