Valentine Police Department Week In Review

During the week of August 31st to September 6th, the following arrests were reported by the Valentine Police Department:
On August 31st at 4:50 PM, officers contacted a woman in the parking lot of the Dollar General Store. The woman was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the
Influence of Alcohol.
On September 1st at 9:15 PM, a traffic stop on Cherry Street lead to the arrest of a 35 year old South Dakota man for Driving Under Suspension.
On September 5th at 7:50 AM officers responded to a trespassing complaint in the 100 block of Main Street. An unknown age male was arrested for Second Degree Criminal Trespass.
During the week, officers responded to 50 calls for service, including:
17 traffic stops
3 welfare checks
1 non injury accident
1 domestic disturbance
