Memorial Service for Russell L. “Rusty” Strand age 70 of Ainsworth, NE will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM in the Purdum (NE) United Church of Christ. A Private Family inurnment will be held on the former family ranch. Rusty Strand died April 15, 2025 at CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE.
SURVIVORS INCLUDE: Son: Clint Strand of Austin, TX. Daughter: Tory Strand of Winder, GA. Mother of his children: Connie Strand of Grand Island, NE, Siblings: Jeannie Haskell of Valentine, NE. Margaret Ann Sellers of North Platte, NE. Julie (Scott) Correll of North Platte & Dan (Lisa) Strand of Gothenburg, NE, Sister-in-law: Susan Strand of Hastings, NE, along with nieces, nephews and other family members
