From RST Law Enforcement Facebook - The Rosebud Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile female, Shayonna Whipple, who was reported missing on 4-24-2026. Officers have already checked several locations known to be associated with the juvenile, but have been unable to locate her at this time. We are asking residents to remain alert and report any possible sightings or information regarding her whereabouts immediately.
