Ronald "Ducky" McBride

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ronald McBride (Valentine, Nebraska), who passed away on July 4, 2025 at the age of 42.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ronald leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Veteran's Building (2 Legion Ave, Rosebud, SD 57570). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.


Holmes Funeral Home is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
