Paper Shredding Event September 29 at 8:30

North Central RC&D will host the event September 29th.

The North Central Nebraska RC&D paper shredding event provides the opportunity to safely dispose of financial papers, medical records, and other sensitive documents on September 29, 2025. Communities along Highway 20 have partnered with the RC&D to offer on-site secure paper shredding. A truck from Security Shredding Services will stop in Valentine, Bassett, Stuart, Atkinson, and Ewing.

 The day will begin in Valentine from 8:30 until 9:30 at the Shopko parking lot. From Valentine the shredding truck will be in Bassett at 10:45, then to Stuart, Atkinson and Ewing. Another paper shredding route is being planned for October 20th along Highway 12, with more details available closer to that date. Free will donations are appreciated to help offset the cost of these recycling services to the communities.
