NM Man Sentenced For Meth Crime

Cherry County Attorney Eric Scott has announced that in Cherry County District Court on Friday, June 20 the following sentence was issued:
“David Lopez, age 35 from Alamogordo, NM, appeared and was sentenced to 14-24 years in the Nebraska State Penitentiary for the crime of Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute.
