Troopers arrest wanted Pennsylvania man after pursuit, Mega Millions Jackpot still climbing, Lawsuit aims to save coal power plant

Troopers with the NSP arrested a man wanted out of Pennsylvania after a high speed pursuit around midnight Friday morning. The man was wanted for aggravated assault and other charges, and will be charged in Nebraska with flight to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, criminal mischief, obstruction, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to obey a lawful order.

The Mega Millions Lottery jackpot for tonight could be worth up to $575 Million. There have been 29 drawings since July 1 without a winner.

Gov. Pillen says that he's happy about AG Hilgers' lawsuit that's attempting to save a coal fired power plant at OPPD's North Omaha Station, saying "Nebraska is blessed to have readily available coal reserves in Wyoming and the railroad infrastructure to get it here".
