Memorial service for Geraldine “Jeri” Ballard of Summerset, SD and formerly of Valentine will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church in Valentine. The inurnment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Valentine. A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, March 14 from 5-7 PM at Sandoz Chapel of the Pines in Valentine.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Sandhills Cancer Fund.

Survivors include daughter Lisa Osburn of Midland, SD, Son Bradley Ballard of Hermosa, SD, Brother Bob Hammon of Pauma Valley, CA.

Sandoz Chapel of the Pines is entrusted with service arrangements.
