Fredrick's Peak To Remain Open, Weather Permitting.

The weather and course conditions will determine the last day of the season at Fredrick's Peak.

Few things in north central Nebraska are as inconsistent and frankly unpredictable as the weather.  According to Megan Hawthorne at Valentine’s Frederick Peak municipal golf course, golfers will be able to book tee times and play through as long as the weather holds up.  Hawthorne stated that there is no set date to close the course for the season, and honestly, we may not know the last day until about a day or two before it happens.  It all depends on the current conditions of the course and the forecast.  Hawthorne says that they’ll notify us as soon as they know, so stay tuned to KVSH Radio for updates.  And in the meantime, you can contact the golf course to set up a tee time by going online to valentinegolf.com or by calling 322-2754.
