Additional Arrest Made In Box Butte County Homicide

Investigators with the Nebraska State Patrol have
arrested another person in connection with a homicide investigation that began last
September.
In September 2025, NSP investigators arrested Tamara Bingham on multiple charges,
including first degree murder, related to the homicide of Ebram Sifuentes. Sifuentes
was found deceased in rural Box Butte County. Investigators also arrested Matthew
Landreth as an accessory to a felony.
Thursday, June 11, NSP investigators performed a search warrant at a location in
rural Sheridan County. Investigators arrested Ruby Bingham, Tamara's mother, on
charges of tampering with physical evidence, unlawful disposal of human remains, and
accessory to a felony.
During Thursday's search warrant, investigators also located methamphetamine.
Another subject, Harley Salway, was arrested for possession of a controlled
substance.
Both subjects were lodged in Box Butte County Jail. The investigation remains
ongoing. The Nebraska State Patrol has been assisted by the WING Task Force, Box
Butte County Sheriff's Office, Sheridan County Sheriff's Office, Alliance Police
Department, and Nebraska Attorney General's Office in this investigation.
