The 2026 Leo Brinda Unit #90 American Legion Auxiliary poster contest was a great success with 242 entries submitted. Area Veterans selected the top three in each class (age group) and the first place posters have advanced to state competition. Almost 2000 Valentines were received. Leo Brinda Unit #90 of American Legion Auxiliary reported a very successful Valentines for Vets project. Each year the auxiliary collects Valentines from the community to send to regional veterans’ homes and individuals. It takes over 1,000 to ensure that all the veterans receive a Valentine.
