City of Valentine Names New Youth Activities Director

Johanna Michalek is Valentine's new Youth Activities Director

The City of Valentine has announced the new head of it’s Youth Activities Department.  Johanna Michalek began full duties in the Youth Activities office on Wednesday, July 15^th, although she did start getting acquainted with the ins-and-outs of the position a few days prior.  City Manager Shane Siewart stated that she is currently learning the ropes at the pool and is also preparing for the other roles that the youth activities director will have to cover including youth sports as well as other activities.  The number to the Youth Activities Office remains the same at 402-389-1675.
