Bob Dean, Sr., age 82, of Valentine, NE, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at his home in Valentine.  Memorial Services with Military Honors are Tuesday, March 12th at 2:00 PM at the Valentine Presbyterian Church.  Survivors include: Wife Zelma Dean of Valentine, NE.  Sons- Bob Dean, Jr. of Valentine, NE and Jim Dean of Redmond, OR.  Sisters- Florence and Betty, both of Eugene, OR and Shirley of Gering, NE.

Funeral service for Frank Schubauer, age 84, of Valentine, NE, is on Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church in Valentine.  Burial to follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Valentine.  Mr. Schubauer passed away on Sunday, March 3rd at Pine View Good Samaritan Center in Valentine.  Survivors include: Wife- Ferne Schubauer of Valentine, NE.  Sons- Don Schubauer of Valentine, NE and Jon Schubauer of Gering, NE.  Daughter- Janet Cerv of Millboro, SD.  Brothers- Melvin Schubauer and Gregory Schubauer.  Sister- Monica Francke.
