The Valentine Badger Football team opened the 2010 season with a 38 - 6 Victory over Chamberlain South Dakota.  The Badgers took advantage of early Cubs miscues to lead 38-0 at half time.  With a quick second half, the Badgers hung onto the lead with Chamberlain scoring as time ran out in the 4th quarter.  This Friday, September 10th, the Badgers open the home season hosting O'Neill at 7pm central time.  The game can be heard on KVSH and kvsh.com with pregame at 6:45.
