The Nebraska State Cowboy Fast Draw competition will be held at Sparks Nebraska on June 30^th and July 1^st. On Friday the 29^th, there will be a warm up match. The Sparks Chapter is the first sanctioned chapter in Nebraska. Anyone who is interested in finding out more about the Cowboy Fast Draw is welcome to attend the practice session tonight at the old school building in Sparks, at 7pm. The ammunition used is all 45 Colt, wax bullets for safety. During the state competition this summer, 75 to 100 shooters are expected to compete from several states.
