The 2012 Heart City Bull Bash opens at 11:00 a.m. and closes at 4:30 p.m. (CDT) on February 11th. This time is used for breeders to make contact with potential buyers and to make new acquaintances. It's a great opportunity to display genetics to the commercial cattlemen and a way to compare different rancher’s bulls.

In addition to the bulls on Main Street, the event will include a gun show at the Curtis Hoover Event Center/2nd Wind Building. Area vendors will display and sell a wide variety of firearms. There will be wine tasting in the afternoon featuring wine from Nebraska vinters. Plus, local businesses will also be offering in-store specials.

Back by popular demand, the Bar J Wranglers will help celebrate the Heart City Bull Bash's 11th Anniversary. This talented group of entertainers will share their music and humor with the audience in a Saturday evening concert at 7:30 p.m. (CST). Then, on Sunday, February 11, the Bar J Wranglers will perform a special gospel concert at 1 p.m. Tickets are $20/person for the Saturday evening concert and includes a ticket for Sunday afternoon's performance.
