Cherry County Attorney, Eric A. Scott, announced that Leonel Reyna of St. Louis, Missouri was sentenced to 18 months on one count of felony criminal mischief and 36 months on another count.     

 Duane Bolton of rural BrownLee, Nebraska was convicted of wrongfully branding the livestock of another with intent to deprive and wrongfully selling the livestock of another, both charges are class three felonies. 

  Ryan Watson of Valentine was convicted of one count of felony possession of a controlled substance.  Sentencing for both defendants has been set for February.
